Football Weights for 2010
A child's age on July 31 is his/her age for the season. A player may gain 1 pound per week after the second game, up to a maximum of 9 pounds.
Football Equipment
In addition to the supplied gear (uniform, pads and helmet), all Football participants are required to purchase the following equipment:
- A mouth/tooth protector (not clear) that conforms to JSPWFL regulations. It is strongly advised to purchase multiple protectors as the participants have a tendency to wear them out.
- An athletic supporter and hard cup.
- A football uniform girdle (hip pads that insert into the girdle will be provided by TRLI)
- Football shoes with solid rubber cleats
- Chin strap for helmet
- Maroon game uniform socks and cold weather tights (to be purchased through TRLI unless otherwise designated).

Important Reminder....
Parents please refrain from walking on or across the practice field while practice is session. Parents are NOT permitted in the equipment shed without a head coach. Due to insurance reasons, only players, coaches and support personnel are permitted on the field or in the shed. Feel free to set up chairs around the perimeter of the field, and or behind the fence if applicable.
